- Open Microsoft outlook 2007 and select Tools >> Account Settings from the file menu at the top.

- Select New… from the Email tab.

- Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and then click Next.

- Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP and then click Next.

- Email setting
- Enter your name and e-mail address in the User Information field.
- Choose POP3 for Account Type.
- Enter Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) address
- Enter your Username (without @megawisra.com) in the User Name field along with your password in the Password field.
- Be sure to check Remember Password if you do not wish to be prompted for your password every time you check your email.

- Authenticated SMTP and finished
- Click the More Settings… and select the Outgoing Server tab.
- Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Select the Use same settings as my incoming mail server radio button then click OK.
- Click Next, then Finish and finally, close the Account Settings window.
