Sometimes, when you try to open the C: or D: drive in your computer, you will get a warning about low disk space. Even when you try to delete files, you may still get the same message. Here’s what to do.
- Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE).
- Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\ Explorer.
- If it’s not there, create a DWORD value and call it NoLowDiskSpaceChecks.
- Double-click on NoLowDiskSpaceChecks, and enter the value 1, and press OK.
