How to Backup Outlook Express email message

How to make a copy of Outlook Express message? Below are the steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options
  2. On the Maintenance tab, click Store Folder.
  3. Now, you will see the location of your Email Folder. Select the folder location and copy the location.
  4. Click 2 time Cancel to close the dialog box.
  5. Click on Start Menu button, and then click Run
  6. In the open box press CTRL+V to paste mail location, then click OK.
  7. Now you should able to see all your email database *.dbx files.
  8. On the Edit menu, click Select All
  9. On the Edit menu, click Copy, and then close the Windows.
  10. Right click any empty space on your desktop, click New, and then click Folder
  11. Rename the Folder
  12. Double click the Folder
  13. On the Edit menu, click Paste
  14. You have now completed a backup up of your email messages.
