When you want to migrate your Outlook Express to others PC, normally we just create another new user account on the new PC. Insteed of re-create the new account setting, we can export the account setting and import it.

To make backup of your Outlook Express mail account:
- On the Tools menu, click on Accounts.
- On the Mail tab, click the mail account that you want to export, and then click the Export button.
- In the Save In box, select the location that you want to save, and click Save
- Click Close.
- Done.
