Unable to browse Internet

“The page cannot be displayed”

I think most of your see this message before when you try to browse net from your web browser. How to solve this problem?

Don’t Panic!! Please check your network setting or try to ping your gateway.

If the gateway give your response means that your ISP was down. To solve this problem, please call your ISP helpdesk to seed for help or try to check on your DNS setting. Most of the time, is your DNS down. Try to refresh it or change to other DNS address.

How to Map Network Drive (Mac OS X)

  • In Finder, Select Go from the Finder menu
  • Select Connect to Server
  • The window below will appear

  • To map your drive, type in the following address:

smb://192.168.1.3

  • Click Connect. Now, you will be able to navigate to the drive using Finder

Apple Mail in offline mode

I think Apple Mail user might experience problem in downloading email messages from POP server even the mail account setting is correct. The only problem is your email account was offline. Your apple mail will show like screen as show as below
