How to open a folder without using mouse on Mac OS X

In Mac OS X, we can open the folder in Finder without click on it. We can just use the Keyboard shortcut Key to open the folder.
How to do it? See below:
- When working with a Folder in Finder, you just press Command-Up, it will open the parent folder.
- When you press the left or right arrow to move and select the folder. You can press the Command-down to go into selected folder or open the selected file
