Today I found some problem with my Apple Menu. I realize that my Apple Menu have two restart options, two shutdown options and two log out options. Besides, the text in a dialog window will have a thick, black box around it. It also occurs in apps.

This problem occur because of you turned on VoiceOver function on your Mac OS X. The black box will appear on the area that your mouse pointer pointed to the particular area, your Mac computer will speak to you.

To Solve this problem, just turn of the VoiceOver function on your Mac.
