Unable to unzip Zip file with password with Archive Utility

In Mac OS X, we can easily unzip ZIP file with Archive Utility. Archive Utility is a default software came with Mac OS X. By just double click on ZIP file, it will unzip the file to a folder. But, Archive Utility  unable to unzip ZIP file with password protected. An error message will prompt out when u unzip it.

Mac OS X Tiger – Your network settings have been changed by another application.

After perform Security Update 2008-006 for Mac OS X 10.4.11, an error message ”Your network settings have been changed by another application.”was displayed. If you click on OK, the message would pop up again right away and you cannot do anything about it until you force quit the System Preferences.
