Open Office : Locked for Editing

I used open office on my Mac OS X 10.5.8. Normally i have no issue in editing excel file. But today, i try to open the excel file, it prompt out an error “Document file XXXXX is locked for editing By: techkaki (13.08.2009 09:13)”

This excel file only allow read only. How to unlock this file for editing?

This problem can be solve by removing a file named “.~lock…”

My Dell 1510 Windows crashed. It failed to start Windows. So, i have to restore the Windows back to Factory setting.
