Excel 2007 Tips: Add a Calculator

Often you may want to do quick calculations without using a formula or function. In Excel, you can place a calculator on the Quick Access toolbar.

Below are the steps:-

Click on Customize Quick Access Toolbar and then click More Commands.

The Excel Options dialog box appears.

Click on Choose commands from drop down box, select Commands Not in the Ribbon option.

Click on Calculator. After that, click on Add button to add the Calculator to the list on the right. Click Ok to finish.

How to use?

- Just Click the Calculator button. The calculator will be appear.
