How to eject a stuck disc on your Apple Machine

Last week, one of my user came to me and complain about her DVD stuck in her Macbook. She tried to hit the eject key and drag the disk into the trash. But the disk still stuck in the DVD Rom.
It is very easier to fix this problem. Below are the steps:
- Restart your machine
- When the machine start up, just hold down the mouse button or Trackpad button.
- Now the disc should be able to eject as your machine will continue start up
- If the disc still cannot eject, your optical drive might have problem. You need to send your machine to service centre and check.
