How to retrieve your saved password on Mac OS X

One of my friend called me on last week regarding his wireless Airport password. He forgotten his wireless Airport password. He checked the “remember this network” option when he first connected wireless few month ago.

A lot of people do not like to remember their password. They just simply save their password. Actually all the password that they saved will remain in Keychain Access. We can retrieve it using Keychain Access utility.

How to eject a stuck disc on your Apple Machine

Last week, one of my user came to me and complain about her DVD stuck in her Macbook. She tried to hit the eject key and drag the disk into the trash. But the disk still stuck in the DVD Rom.

Email messages that are stuck in your Outbox, how??

When you try to send an e-mail message, the e-mail message may move to your Outbox and not be sent.  Why? How to solve this problem?

This behavior can be caused by any of the following conditions:

  • You open the e-mail message in your Outbox before the e-mail message is sent.
  • You work offline and have not made a remote connection.
  • Your sending options are not set to send e-mail messages immediately by using the correct connection.
  • Your mail folders or e-mail messages within the folders are damaged.
