In AhsayOBM backup, some of the scheduled backup might stop working or stuck at in progress status forever. You need to manual stop the scheduled backup.

To stop a scheduled backup job manually, just simply create a file called “stop” within the ipc folder. The ipc folder can be found at the following path:-

that is running on Mac OS X, please follow the instruction below:

Mac OS X
~/.obm/ipc/BackupSet/Backup_ID/

Windows:
C:\Documents and Settings\${username}\.obm\ipc\BackupSet\backupset_ID

or

C:\Users\${username}\.obm\ipc\BackupSet\backupset_ID

Linux / Unix:
/root/.obm/log/ipc/BackupSet/backupset_ID
