I was helped my friend troubleshoot her laptop. Her Accer laptop running on Win Vista. She complain her laptop fail to connect to internet.
I have check throw the connection, broadband connection functioning well. I try to ping www.google.com received replies from them. But both Internet Explorer and Firefox could not be browsed.

How to solve this problem?

Don’t panic. Just check the proxy configuration of both web browsers.

Internet Explorer

• Click on Tools and select Options
• Click on Connections Tab and click on LAN Setting
• Unchecked all the check box (Proxy & Detect Automatic Setting need to unchecked)
• After that, click OK and restart your IE.
• Now your IE will be working fine. 🙂
